The puzzle piece is made in our own production in Pößneck from 3 mm birch plywood. It is laser-cut. This gives smooth edges and accurate, clean results. We lacquer the raw boards on both sides ourselves. The water-based silk-matt lacquer lets the wood grain and small knots show through. Wood is a purely natural material. It is never completely uniform. Sometimes it is a little lighter, sometimes the grain has small irregularities. This is not a flaw. It is the reason why every puzzle piece is unique.
