The puzzle piece is made from 3mm birch plywood in our own production in Pößneck, Thuringia. We lacquer the raw boards ourselves on both sides. The water-based satin lacquer leaves the grain and small knots visible. This keeps the natural character of the wood. Laser cutting gives smooth edges and accurate shapes, so no rough spots get in your way while crafting. Wood is a purely natural material. Brightness, texture and grain always vary slightly. That makes every piece unique – it is not a defect.
