The puzzle piece is made of 3 mm birch plywood and comes from our own production in Pößneck. Laser cutting gives precise, smooth edges. They feel pleasant in the hand and look clean. We lacquer the raw boards ourselves on both sides in light walnut. The satin-matt water-based lacquer lets the grain and knots show through. Wood is a purely natural material. Brightness and texture vary from piece to piece, and small knots are normal. This is what makes every piece one of a kind, and it is not a defect.
