The dining room is filling up. Loose daily menus are piling up at the counter. And at the table, there's nothing firm to jot down an order on. A ring binder board solves both at once. Menus, notes or forms sit securely in the silver ring binder mechanism. The board's warm dark walnut tone looks smart, too. Whether as a menu holder in a café or as a writing board at your desk at home – this board fits right into your working day.

What changes for you

  • You turn the pages without any falling out. The ring binder mechanism holds your sheets securely, whether you're sitting at a table or standing.
  • You can write comfortably even without a table. The sturdy 3 mm birch plywood board doesn't give way when you write on it.
  • You always have the board to hand. The handle cut-out lets you hold it or hang it on a hook.
  • Your menus and notices sit in a deep brown, matt wooden frame in dark walnut. It's calm and doesn't distract from the content.
  • You simply wipe off splashes. The surface is sealed twice with a durable water-based clear varnish.

Why this ring binder board makes a difference every day

Loose sheets get lost. Clipped pages are awkward to turn. Filed on the board, everything stays tidy and in order. At a lectern, in the studio or on stage, you can calmly leaf through your script without anything slipping. And in a restaurant, your guest picks up a menu that feels pleasant in the hand and is neatly presented. It's a small difference that people notice straight away.

Material & finish

The board is made from 3 mm birch plywood. This makes it light in the hand and very sturdy at the same time. The surface is sealed twice with a durable water-based clear varnish, neatly finished and coloured in dark walnut. Every board is made in our own production in Pößneck, Thuringia. Wood is a natural material. Shade and grain vary, and small knots may occur. This makes every piece one of a kind – it's not a flaw.

How to use your ring binder board

  • In a restaurant or café: file your daily specials and menu, and simply swap them when the menu changes. Your counter stays tidy and your menus look consistent.
  • At the lectern or on stage: file your manuscript, presenter notes or script and turn the pages calmly. No more loose sheets drifting to the floor.
  • In the office or workshop: fill in forms and checklists while standing. The firm board stands in for the missing table.
  • At home: file recipes, notes or shopping lists and hang the board up by its handle recess, ready to hand. Everything important in one place.
  • Our tip for your business: On request, we can engrave the board with your logo or a text. This turns the menu holder into part of your brand. Just send us a short message.

Good to know about birch plywood

Plywood is made by gluing several thin layers of wood crosswise. This means the board hardly warps and keeps its shape, even at just 3 mm thick. That's why birch plywood works so well for a board that is picked up, written on and hung back up every day.

Care & durability

There's not much you need to do. When needed, simply wipe the varnished surface with a slightly damp cloth. Avoid prolonged moisture and harsh cleaners. That way the wood keeps its calm, well-kept look for a long time.

Frequently asked questions

Which paper sizes does the ring binder board fit? DIN A3, A4 and A5 – each in portrait or landscape. The matching silver ring binder mechanism is included.

Can I hang the board up? Yes. The handle recess lets you hold it in your hand and also hang it up, for example on a hook behind the counter.

Why does the grain on my board run differently than I expected? We optimise our cutouts to avoid unnecessary waste. So the grain may run horizontally or vertically. A preferred direction is possible by arrangement.

Can it be personalised? Yes, on request we can engrave the board with a logo or a text. Just get in touch with us.

Does every board look the same? Not quite. Wood is a natural material with varying shades, textures and small knots. This makes every board one of a kind.

A board with a ring mechanism is really about small moments. Your guest picks up a neatly filed menu. Or you write standing up without searching for something to lean on. Simply choose your size in portrait or landscape and get started.
