The dining room is filling up and the first guests are already looking for the menu. You don't hand them a loose bundle of sheets. You hand them a ring binder board in warm light walnut that sits comfortably in the hand. The silver ring mechanism holds menus, forms or notes securely together. The finger hole makes it easy to hold and hang up. Use it as a menu holder in a restaurant, as a writing board in the office or as a script holder on stage. This board feels made for your working day.

What changes for you

  • You turn pages quickly and none fall out. The ring mechanism holds menus, notes and scripts securely in place.
  • Your menu lies flat and looks uniform on the table. That's thanks to the smooth writing surface in light walnut with two coats of clear lacquer.
  • You always have the board to hand. The handle cut-out lets you hold it or hang it on a hook.
  • You can rely on the board, even with daily use in service. The 3 mm birch plywood is very stable and sturdy.
  • Make the board your own. On request, we engrave it with your logo or a text.

Why this ring binder board makes a difference every day

Loose sheets slip, crease and soon look untidy. That goes for the table as much as the lectern. With the ring binder board, everything has its fixed place. The pages lie flat and can be changed in one move. Your guests or your audience see them neat and easy to follow. A stack of paper becomes a calm, well-prepared presentation.

Material & finish

The board is made from 3 mm birch plywood. It is thin enough to be light in the hand and still very rigid. The light walnut surface is sealed twice with a hard-wearing water-based clear lacquer. This keeps it looking good even with frequent use, and it is easy to write on. Every ring binder board comes from our own production in Pößneck, Thuringia, and is carefully finished. Wood is a natural material. Small differences in shade and grain, as well as fine knots, are not flaws. They make every piece one of a kind. The grain can run horizontally or vertically. If you like, we can agree the direction with you. Just send us a short message.

How to use your ring binder board

  • In a restaurant or café: file your current menu and swap seasonal pages in seconds. Your menu stays up to date without reprinting the whole folder.
  • At hotel reception: forms and guest information sit neatly on the board. You pass them across the desk and nothing slips.
  • On stage, in the studio or at the lectern: your script, presenter notes or speech are filed and turn quietly. No loose sheet drifts to the floor.
  • In the office and at home: as a ring binder writing board, it keeps notes and checklists firmly in place while you write. After work, simply hang the board on the wall.
  • In the workshop: job sheets and order forms travel with the workpiece. Thanks to the finger hole, the board hangs on a hook within easy reach.

Good to know about birch plywood

Plywood is made by gluing several thin layers of wood crosswise. That's why the board is surprisingly rigid despite being only 3 mm thick. This makes it reliable for daily use in hospitality and the office. You get a light writing board that won't warp, even with heavy use.

Care & durability

There's not much to do. Thanks to the double clear-lacquer seal, simply wipe the board with a slightly damp cloth when needed. Avoid prolonged moisture and harsh cleaners. That way the light walnut surface stays looking good for a long time.

Frequently asked questions

Which formats does the ring binder board come in? The board is available for A3, A4 and A5, each in portrait or landscape.

How many sheets does the ring mechanism hold? All mechanisms have an inner diameter of 19.5 mm and a capacity of 11.5 mm. That's enough for menus, forms or a script with several pages.

Can I have my logo added to the board? Yes, on request we engrave your logo or a text into the board. Just send us a message.

Does the grain always run in the same direction? No, it can run horizontally or vertically. We optimise our cutouts to reduce waste. A preferred direction is possible by arrangement.

Is every board the same in colour and texture? Wood is a natural material. Small differences in shade and grain, as well as fine knots, are normal and make every board one of a kind.

What counts is the moment you hand your guests the menu – or open your script – and everything is in its place. Just choose your format in portrait or landscape. The board does the rest.
