With a Bütic gift voucher you can never get it wrong. The form on your clipboard slips. The menu lies loose on the table. Your speech notes get mixed up on stage. These are small moments when loose paper gets annoying. A ring binder board puts an end to that. Your sheets are held firmly in place. You can turn them like the pages of a ring binder. And they still rest on a sturdy writing surface. It's just right for your desk, your counter or your lectern. Every board comes from Bütic's own production in Pößneck.
What changes for you
- You turn the pages without any falling out – thanks to the 2-ring binder mechanism that holds your documents securely.
- You keep up to 100 sheets together and close at hand – the 11.5 mm capacity holds a whole stack of standard copy paper.
- You can write neatly and comfortably even standing up – because the 3 mm birch plywood gives you a firm, flat writing surface.
- You can hang a menu or information sheet straight on the wall – using the two hanging eyelets at the top left and right.
- You choose exactly the format you need – A3, A4 or A5, each in portrait or landscape.
Why this ring binder board makes a difference every day
Loose paper quickly looks untidy – on your desk just as much as on a guest's table. With the ring binder board, everything has its place: notes, forms, menus or scripts lie in front of you neatly sorted and looking good. That saves searching, takes the rush out of the moment and keeps your documents looking tidy even after passing through many hands and many uses.
Material & finish
The board is available in either 3 mm coloured birch plywood or natural HDF – both very sturdy and robust, so it will keep up with everyday life in the office, hospitality and at home for a long time. The coloured birch boards are sealed with a durable water-based clear varnish, the finish is clean and the corners are rounded. Wood is a purely natural material: differences in shade, small knots and slight irregularities in the grain are not flaws – they make every piece unique. The grain may run horizontally or vertically – if you have a preference, just send us a quick message and we'll be happy to arrange it with you.

- At work or in your club: checklists, rotas or routing slips in a fixed spot on the wall – everyone finds the current page straight away.
- On the go: as a portable writing surface for stocktaking, on building sites or at the weekly market – you jot things down standing up, and your stack of paper stays in order.
Good to know about the ring binder
The ring binder mechanism was developed in Germany at the end of the 19th century – and the principle has hardly changed since, because it works so simply: pages can be turned, swapped and added without anything getting muddled. That's exactly why the ring binder board is ideal wherever content changes regularly – from the daily specials to a presenter's script.
Care & durability
There's not much you need to do: simply wipe the clear-varnished surface with a slightly damp cloth. Avoid prolonged moisture and harsh cleaning products – that way the wood keeps its colour and well-kept look for a long time.
Options & what's included

Frequently asked questions
How many sheets fit in the mechanism? The 11.5 mm capacity holds up to 100 sheets of standard 80 g/m² copy paper.
Can I hang the ring binder board on the wall? Yes, there is a hanging eyelet at the top left and right – ideal for menus or notices, for example.
Does the wood grain always run in the same direction? No, it can run horizontally or vertically, as we arrange our cutouts to minimise waste. A preferred direction is possible after a quick chat.
Is every board the same? Birch plywood is a natural material – slight differences in colour, knots and textures in the grain are normal and make every board unique.
How do I care for the surface? Simply wipe with a slightly damp cloth; avoid prolonged moisture and harsh cleaning products.
In the end, it's not about a board with a ring mechanism. It's about the moment when you calmly turn the page on stage, the daily menu hangs neatly on the wall, or the form stays exactly where it should while you fill it in. Just choose your format and colour – the board takes care of the rest.
