Not sure which to choose? With a Bütic gift voucher you can never get it wrong. The summer table is set, but something is still missing. A splash of colour that turns the table into a little holiday scene. That's exactly what these red wooden plumeria are made for. They are laser-cut plywood flower cutouts that you simply lay down, glue on or scatter. With just a few steps, you get decorations that look like sunshine and the south.
What changes for you
- Your table, windowsill or gift looks summery straight away, without long crafting sessions – because the red flower shape is already fully cut out.
- You can safely use the flowers where children craft along too – the red glaze meets the requirements of DIN EN 71-3.
- You design the back just the way you like. It is left natural and untreated, so it is ready for painting, writing on or sticking things to.
- Your projects are easy to combine, whether as table scatter or as a large single piece – because you can choose any height from 2 to 10 cm in 1 cm steps.
- You have plenty of supplies for bigger projects – thanks to sets of 10, 25, 50 or 100 pieces.
Why these wooden plumeria make a difference day to day
Paper decorations crease, and artificial flowers can quickly look generic. A wooden flower, on the other hand, feels solid in your hand. The smooth plywood surface is pleasant to the touch, and the red colour stays rich. Place a few flowers on the set table or in a bowl. You instantly have a calm arrangement that doesn't feel overdone. And because wood is a natural material, every flower looks a little different. Grain and shade vary from piece to piece.
Material & finish
The flowers are laser-cut from 3 mm plywood in Bütic's own production in Pößneck. This gives them smooth, precise edges with the typical brown rim, which outlines the flower nicely. The front has a red glaze. Depending on the light, wood grain and small knots may show through. This is not a flaw but a feature of a genuine natural material: every piece is one of a kind. The back is left natural and untreated, so you can decorate it further as you like.

How to use your wooden plumeria
- At a summer party: scatter small flowers between plates and glasses as table scatter – and your table has a holiday feel in two minutes.
- At the craft table: paint or write on the natural back – to make your own tags, name cards or gift decorations.
- On cards and gifts: glue on a flower and you're done – your gift stands out without needing much material.
- In a café or at a market stall: place flowers on the counter or on price tags – your display looks lovingly arranged, setting up is quick and the decorations last longer than paper.
- For children's crafts: the glaze complies with DIN EN 71-3, so little hands can join in too – and at the end, a homemade mobile hangs in the room.
Good to know about the plumeria
The plumeria is best known as frangipani. It is the tropical flower used in Hawaii to make the traditional flower garlands known as leis. Few flowers stand for summer, hospitality and holidays the way it does. That is why it suits summer parties, themed parties and any decoration meant to spark a little wanderlust.
Care & durability
There's not much you need to do. Store the flowers in a dry place and keep them away from constant moisture – otherwise the untreated back will absorb water. If needed, simply wipe them with a dry cloth. That way the red surface will keep looking good for a long time.

Why do the flowers have a brown rim? The rim is created during laser cutting and is part of the typical look – in return, the edges are smooth and precise.
