- You'll find the right size for every idea. Choose any width from 5 to 50 cm in 1 cm steps.

Why this cardboard cutout makes a difference day to day
An outline you cut out yourself can easily look messy. Sometimes the line wobbles, sometimes the edge tears. With the ready-made shape, you can focus on the fun part: colours, patterns and lettering. Whether it's a craft afternoon with children or getting a party with a regional theme ready, the edges are clean. And you'll be finished noticeably faster.
Material & finish
The board feels firm in your hand and doesn't warp easily while you work on it. That's down to the sturdy 1.2 mm bookbinding board. The surface is smooth and untreated, so it takes paint, varnish and glue well. The brown edges come from the laser cutting and give every cutout its distinctive, crisp edge. Every piece is made in our own production in Pößneck, Thuringia. It is neatly finished and made from 100 % recycled material.

How to use the Saxony cutout
- Crafting with children: each child paints their own Saxony. Along the way, they learn what the state looks like.
- For a wedding or engagement with a link to home: write names and the date on the outline. Your guests will see straight away where the couple's story began.
- For birthdays, parties or celebrations: combine several sizes to make a wall decoration that gives the room an instant theme.
- In a café, shop or at a market stall: labelled “Aus der Region” (from the region), the outline works as a sign. It shows your customers at a glance where your goods come from.
- As a gift tag or card motif: a small cardboard Saxony turns a simple parcel into a personal greeting.
Good to know about Saxony
Saxony's official title is Free State (Freistaat). Many Saxons are still proud of this name today. This pride in home makes the state outline a popular motif. Use it for gifts to people who have moved away, for club and school projects or as decoration with a clear regional link.
Care & durability
There's not much you need to do. Store the untreated board in a dry place and keep it away from constant moisture. That way it keeps its shape for a long time. Once painted or varnished, the surface has extra protection.
