Frequently asked questions

Can I paint the cutout straight away? Yes. The board is untreated, neither varnished nor glazed. You can paint it, colour it and stick things on it.

How wide is the outline at the height I choose? As a reference: at a height of 10 cm, the width is also 10 cm. So the width grows in the same proportion as the height.

Why do the boards look slightly different? HDF is made from pressed wood fibres. These can vary in lightness and show small irregularities. This isn't a flaw. It makes every piece unique.

Do the edges need finishing? No. The outline is laser-cut, so it has a smooth edge. You can start designing straight away.
