This makes it ideal as a base for painting and gluing. As a pressed natural material, the wood fibres show lighter and darker patterns and may have small blemishes. This makes every piece one of a kind, not faulty. The cutout is made in our own production in Pößneck, Thuringia. HDF is a fibreboard like MDF, only more densely compressed. This makes it harder, and it stays stable even when thin.
