Every butterfly is laser-cut in our own production in Pößneck from 3 mm poplar plywood. This creates the typical brown edge that neatly outlines the shape. The silver glaze on the front is applied with care. Depending on the light, you can still see the wood grain and small knots through it. This makes every piece unique. The back stays natural and untreated, so you can paint it or stick things on it as you like. Wood is a natural material. It can be lighter or darker and shows different textures. This is not a flaw – it is simply the nature of wood.
