The dragonfly is made from 3 mm poplar plywood. It is laser-cut in our own production in Pößneck, Thuringia. That's where the typical brown edge on every cutout comes from. The turquoise stain is applied thinly. Depending on the light, the wood grain and small knots show through. This makes every piece unique, because wood is a natural material with its own textures and shades. Only the front is stained. The back stays natural and untreated – ideal if you want to decorate it yourself.
