Material & finish

The raindrop is laser-cut from 3 mm plywood in our own production at Bütic in Pößneck. That is why it has smooth, accurate edges with the typical brown rim, which gives the silhouette a clear outline. The turquoise stain is applied evenly. Depending on the light, the wood grain and small knots still show through. This is not a flaw but the sign of a genuine natural material: every piece is unique. Only the front is stained. The back is left natural and untreated, so you can decorate it however you like.
