Material & finish

The letters are made of 3 mm thick acrylic glass and are produced by Bütic in our own production in Pößneck. The material keeps its shape and is coloured black right through. So your lettering stays clear and clean for a long time. Each letter is cut individually. That way everything fits together for your text.

Frequently asked questions

Why is a lower-case letter shorter than the selected size? The selected height refers to the capital letters. Lower-case letters are made to the same scale as in the font. For example, a small a at 10 cm font size is about 7.3 cm tall. So your word looks just like it does in print.

Can I put together a whole word? Yes, you choose each letter individually as upper or lower case. For one word, order all letters in the same size so they are in scale with each other.

Are the letters available in other colours? Yes. Besides black, we offer them in white, light grey, cream, yellow, green, orange, red, light blue and dark blue. Numbers and special characters are also available in our other listings.

Where do the letters come from? Each letter is cut from 3 mm thick acrylic glass in our own production in Pößneck.
