The puzzle piece is made of 100% polyester felt, approx. 2.5–3 mm thick. It is soft to the touch but stable enough to use as a coaster or mat. Laser cutting gives clean outlines and sealed edges. So the shape stays neat even after frequent handling. Every piece is made in Bütic's own production in Pößneck, Thuringia. It is only cut once you have chosen your size.
