Material & finish

The polyester felt is approx. 2.5–3 mm thick. It feels nice and solid in your hand and keeps its shape. It is noticeably sturdier than thin craft felt. The laser cut seals the edges. So the sun doesn't fray and still looks neat even after lots of handling. Every felt sun is cut in Bütic's own production in Pößneck, Thuringia. Each individual piece is carefully finished.
