Letter by letter, in capitals and lower case, at the height that suits your space. The result is lettering made for your wall.

- You create exactly the word you need. That’s because you choose every letter individually, from A to Z, upper and lower case, including Ä, Ö and Ü.
- Your lettering works on a door, a wall or a gift. 5 cm suits small surfaces and details. For wall decor that can be read from a distance, choose a height of 20 cm for your wooden letters.
- You can get creative straight away. These wooden letters for painting are left natural. You can also decorate them with stickers, paint them or oil them.
- You fix the letters the way you prefer. Glue or drill – both work.
- You get clean outlines, even on playful flourishes. Every letter is laser-cut in our own production in Pößneck.
Why wooden lettering makes a difference every day
Lettering you put together yourself makes a blank wall your own. The nursery gets a name. The entrance gets a greeting. A gift gets a dedication that lasts. The flowing MT script looks calm and affectionate. It isn’t loud, it looks as if it were set by hand. You decide the size and design yourself. So your word fits into your home instead of being off-the-shelf decor.
Material & finish
The letters are made from 3 mm poplar plywood. Untreated, the pale wood has a light beige tone. It takes paint, oil and glue well. That makes it ideal if you want to decorate it yourself. Laser cutting gives every letter the typical brown edge. It frames the shape like a fine outline. The cut edges are clean, even on the flourishes of the script. As a natural product, the wood may vary slightly in grain and tone. This makes every letter one of a kind and is not a defect.

How to use the wooden letters
- As letters for the nursery door: the name in script, painted in bright colours by your child. From now on, it’s “their” door.
- As wall decor in the living room: large wooden letters spell a word like “Family” or “Home” above the sofa. The room gets a centre that’s all yours.
- On gifts and cards: stick on a single initial. A parcel becomes a gift with a dedication.
- For a wedding or christening: names and date as lettering on the gift table. Easy for every guest to read.
- In a café, bakery or at a market stall: labelled shelves and counters guide your customers’ eyes. The decorative letters are quick to put up. If needed, you can paint them in your shop’s colours.
Good to know about laser-cut wooden letters
During laser cutting, the heat seals the cut edge and leaves the characteristic brown edge. It works like a fine border that frames every shape. That’s why the letters already look finished in their natural state. They can go on the wall without any paint at all.
Care & durability
There’s not much you need to do. Keep the natural letters dry. Simply wipe off dust with a dry cloth. If you paint, stain or oil them, the surface also gets a protective layer. That way your lettering stays looking good for a long time.
Options & what's included
- Available in upper and lower case, including Ä, Ö, Ü and ä, ö, ü – each letter individually.
- Choice of height: 5 cm, 10 cm, 15 cm or 20 cm.
- Important note on size: The chosen height applies to the capital letters. Lower-case letters are made to the scale of the font, so they are shorter. An example from the Arial font at 10 cm: the capital O is 10 cm high, the lower-case a is 7.3 cm and the lower-case h is 9.7 cm. The lower-case g is 10 cm high but reaches about 2.6 cm below the baseline. In script fonts, lower-case letters are often a little smaller still.
- So for one word, order all letters in the same size, even if it starts with a capital letter. That way, upper- and lower-case letters match.
- You'll find wooden numbers and special characters among our other products.
Frequently asked questions
Can I paint the letters or stick things on them? Yes. The wood is left natural. You can stick things on it, stain it, paint it or oil it.
How do I fix the letters? You can glue or drill the letters and use them for any kind of decoration.
Why are the lower-case letters shorter than the chosen size? The chosen height refers to the capital letters. Lower-case letters are made to the scale of the font, so they are a little smaller. This way your word looks the way writing normally does.
Where does the brown edge come from? It is created during laser cutting and is the typical feature of laser-cut wooden letters. It frames the shape like a fine outline.
Are umlauts available too? Yes, Ä, Ö and Ü are available in upper and lower case.
These letters are more than pieces of plywood. What counts is the moment your word hangs on the wall and looks a little more like you. Put your lettering together – letter by letter, in your size.
