The craft table is set. The children are waiting with scissors and glue. All that's missing is material that plays along. These orange felt circles give you cutouts that neither fray nor crease. Just right for your next crafting afternoon. Whether you're making lanterns in autumn, autumn decorations for the windowsill or a coaster for your favourite mug: the polyester felt circles are ready to use straight away.

What changes for you

  • You can start crafting straight away without cutting anything yourself. Each circle is shaped precisely by laser.
  • Your projects still look neat after weeks. The laser cut seals the edges, so they don't fray.
  • You'll find the right size for every idea. You can choose any diameter from 3 to 60 cm in 1 cm steps.
  • Your table stays free of scratches and water rings when you use the smaller circles as coasters for glasses, mugs or vases.
  • You can plan larger projects with ease. The circles are available singly or in sets of 10, 25, 50 or 100.

Why felt circles make a difference in everyday life

You can tell good craft material by the fact that you don't have to think about it. The felt circles feel soft in your hand. You can glue, sew or paint them, and they keep their shape. The strong orange is easy to spot – as the centre of a flower, a lantern window or a coloured circle in your autumn decorations. So an idea turns into a finished result faster. You can focus on creating rather than on the material.

Material & finish

The circles are made from 100 % polyester felt, approx. 2.5 to 3 mm thick. They are firm enough to hold steady and soft enough to protect delicate surfaces. The laser cut gives clean, sealed edges and an even shape on every piece. The cutouts are made in our own production in Pößneck, Thuringia. Every order is produced here in Germany.

How to use the felt circles

  • Crafting with children: hand out the circles, add glue – and every child makes their own sun, flower or pumpkin decoration. You don't have to spend hours cutting beforehand.
  • At lantern time: an orange felt circle becomes a glowing window or a sun on a St Martin's lantern. It's sturdy enough to survive the lantern parade undamaged.
  • On the dining table: place small diameters under glasses and mugs as coasters. The table stays protected, and the strong orange stays visible.
  • In a café or at the market: place larger circles under vases, baskets or price stands. The counter looks tidier, and surfaces stay free of scratches.
  • For seasonal shop decorations: with different sizes you can make garlands or window displays in autumn colours in just a few minutes. Quick to put up, quick to pack away.

Good to know about felt

Felt is considered one of the oldest textile materials of all. It has always been valued because it is soft, absorbs knocks and protects surfaces. The circles use exactly this property in two ways today. As coasters they protect the table. As craft material they forgive small hands the odd inaccurate cut.

Frequently asked questions

Do the edges fray over time? No. The laser cut seals the edges, so they stay neatly in shape for good.

Can the circles be used as coasters? Yes. The smaller diameters in particular reliably protect table surfaces under glasses, mugs or vases.

What are the circles made of? 100 % polyester felt, approx. 2.5 to 3 mm thick.

Can I order an in-between size? Yes. You can choose any diameter from 3 to 60 cm in 1 cm steps – singly or in sets of 10, 25, 50 or 100.

Felt and diameter are only the starting point. Then comes the afternoon when a few orange circles turn into a lantern, a garland or a whole autumn table – and you can simply join in. Choose your size and quantity. The rest takes shape at your home.
