Advent is just around the corner. You want to decorate windows, branches and the dinner table with warm splashes of colour. And you don't want to spend hours crafting. The orange felt gingerbread man is made for exactly that. It's a soft, cleanly cut gingerbread figure. You can simply hang it up, lay it out or craft with it further. In just a few steps, you have a decoration that feels like home.
What changes for you
- You can give your window, branch or table a Christmas look in a few minutes. The gingerbread man arrives ready cut and can be used straight away.
- You get exactly the size that suits your idea. Choose any height from 3 cm to 60 cm in 1 cm steps.
- No more frayed edges to worry about. Laser cutting seals the edges. So the figure stays neat even after lots of handling.
- Put your mug on a soft mat instead of straight onto the table. The smaller sizes work as coasters and protect the surface.
- Kitting out bigger projects is easy too. Order singly or in sets of 10, 25, 50 or 100, depending on what you have planned.
Why this felt gingerbread man makes a difference in everyday use
Christmas decorations look coherent when one motif runs through the room. At the window, on a branch, on the table. The gingerbread man in bright orange gives you just such a recurring element. It's soft, warm and instantly recognisable as a Christmas motif. Instead of lots of separate ideas, you get a calm, connected look that shows Advent has arrived.
Material & finish
The cutout is made of 100 % polyester felt, approx. 2.5–3 mm thick. It feels nice and firm in your hand. It doesn't flop over and lies flat on the table. Every gingerbread man is cut with a laser. This seals the edges, so nothing frays and the outline stays crisp. The cutout is made in our own production in Pößneck, Thuringia.

How to use the felt gingerbread man
- Making Christmas decorations with children: stick things on the figures, sew them or thread them together. In the end, a home-made garland hangs in the window, and everyone is proud of it.
- In the Advent window: hang several gingerbread men in different sizes. Even from outside, you can see that Christmas has moved in.
- On the dinner table: place one figure at each setting or use it as a mat for a mug. Your guests will spot the detail before the first gingerbread is cut.
- On a branch in a vase: tie a few figures on with thread. A few twigs become an arrangement for the hallway or living room.
- In a café, bakery or at a market stall: order the cutouts in larger sets. Decorate your counter, shop window or product baskets in a uniform style. Quick to set up, right for the season and neat throughout Advent.
Good to know about the gingerbread man
Gingerbread has been baked in Germany since the Middle Ages. Ever since, it has been part of Advent and Christmas. The gingerbread man is one of the best-known figures of this tradition. That's exactly why the motif works so well as a decoration. People see it as Christmassy at first glance, whether in the window, on the tree or on the coffee table.
