The characters are made of dark real wood veneer just 0.6 mm thick. This makes them light and easy to glue on, and they hardly add any thickness. Every character is laser-cut and neatly finished in our own production in Pößneck. The brown edge is not a flaw. It is the typical mark of a laser cut. As this is real wood, every piece shows its own grain and shade. Each character is one of a kind.
