- You'll recognise the motif as soon as you unpack it. It looks good even unpainted. That's thanks to the laser-scored outlines and the friendly face.
- You can design it just the way you want. Stick things on, paint it, brush on a coat or oil it. The plywood is untreated and comes in its natural state.
- You'll find the right size for every project, from a small garland dino to a large wall motif. You can choose the width from 3 to 50 cm in 1 cm steps.
- Planning bigger craft sessions is easy too. You can order the cutout singly or in sets of 10, 25, 50 or 100.
Why this wooden dinosaur makes a difference in everyday life
Shop-bought decorations look the same everywhere. A Triceratops you've decorated yourself tells your story. Use it as a name sign on the bedroom door or as a garland above the bed. Or make it a shared project when crafting with children. The natural wood brings a calm feel to the room and is lovely to touch. Every child paints their dino differently. So along the way, they make something they're proud to show off.
Material & finish
The Triceratops is laser-cut from 3 mm plywood. This gives it the typical, lightly browned edge and a clear, clean outline. The top side has the scored outlines with face and lines. The underside stays natural. So you get a display side and a smooth back for gluing. The wood is untreated, neither varnished nor glazed. It takes paint, glue and oils well. As a natural material, it shows different shades, small knots and its own grain. That's not a flaw. It's what makes every piece one of a kind. The cutout is made in our own production in Pößneck, Thuringia.

- At a children's birthday party: A small dino at every place as a place card. Your guests have something to take home and paint before the cake even arrives.
- In the children's room: A large cutout with a name on the door. Your child gets a door sign nobody else has.
- Crafting with children: Thread several small dinos onto a string. Now a homemade dinosaur garland hangs above the bed.
- As a personal gift idea: Paint it, write on it or stick it onto a card. A simple greetings card becomes a small one-off.
- For nurseries, schools or children's party activities: With sets from 10 pieces, you have identical blanks for the whole group. Same cutout, quick start, no cutting on site.
Good to know about the Triceratops
The name Triceratops comes from Greek and means "three-horned face". Its three horns and striking neck frill make it one of children's favourite dinosaurs. That's why the motif is ideal for dino birthdays, children's rooms and all little explorers who love prehistoric animals.
Care & durability
There's not much to do. Simply keep the untreated cutout dry and avoid constant moisture. That way, its shape and light wood look last a long time. If you paint or oil it, the surface takes on a look of its own.

Frequently asked questions
Can I paint the Triceratops or stick things on it? Yes. The plywood is untreated, neither varnished nor glazed. You can paint it, stick things on, brush on a coat or oil it.
Why does the cutout have a brown edge? The Triceratops is laser-cut. The fine brown edge is typical of this process. It also means smooth edges with no finishing needed.
Can you see the face and outlines on both sides? No. The scored outlines are on the top side. The underside is natural and works well for gluing.
Does every piece look exactly the same? The shape is always identical, but wood is a natural material. Different shades, grain and small knots are normal. They make every cutout one of a kind.
What counts is the moment your child holds up their finished, painted dino and beams. Simply choose your size and quantity. Then the next prehistoric adventure can begin.
