The stork is laser-cut from 3 mm plywood. That's where the typical warm brown edge comes from. The top side has the engraved outline. The underside is left natural. This is not a flaw. It's what makes each stork one of a kind. It is made in our own production in Pößneck, Thuringia, with clean, careful finishing.
