The cutout is made from 3 mm plywood and laser-cut in our own production in Pößneck, Thuringia. The laser leaves the typical brown edge, which gives the motif a clear, finely drawn outline. The wood stays untreated – neither varnished nor glazed – so paints, glue and oils adhere well. Wood is a purely natural material, so every surface turns out slightly different. Variations in shade, fine grain structures and small knots are normal and make each piece one of a kind.

How to use the wooden pumpkin
