The pear is laser-cut from 3 mm plywood and made in our own production in Pößneck, Thuringia. The laser cut creates the typical brown edge and smooth edges. They feel pleasant to the touch and frame the silhouette. The wood is untreated, not varnished or stained. This means you can glue on it, paint it or oil it as you like. As a natural material, every pear is one of a kind. Variations in shade, fine grain patterns and small knots are normal and not a defect. They make each piece unique.
