Not sure which to choose? With a Bütic gift voucher you can never get it wrong. The bunting for the children's birthday party isn't finished yet. The presents are still waiting for tags. And you want something you can design yourself. That's exactly what this wooden triangle with rounded corners and three holes is made for. It's an untreated plywood cutout that you can paint, decorate or simply thread on as it is. That's how a plain wooden triangle becomes your own decoration.
What changes for you
- You can thread bunting and tags without drilling. Each of the three corners already has a small hole in the middle.
- Your decorations look neat. That's down to the laser-cut edges and the even, isosceles shape with rounded corners.
- You can design them any way you like. The wood is untreated and takes paint, oil, glue or lettering well.
- You'll find the right size for every project. Choose from a delicate 2 cm for cards up to 10 cm for labels and bunting, in 1 cm steps.
- Planning a bigger craft session is easy too. The triangles come in sets of 10, 25, 50 or 100.
Why these wooden triangles make a difference every day
Shop-bought decorations often look mass-produced. Wooden pieces you've designed yourself feel personal, whether on the table, on the wall or on a present. The ready-made holes and the clear shape save you the fiddly cutting. You go straight to the fun part: decorating. And because the material is natural, the result suits a birthday table just as well as a calm autumn display.
Material & finish
The triangles are made of 3 mm plywood with a light surface and brown, laser-cut edges. This gives them a fine, graphic look without being loud. The wood is untreated, neither varnished nor stained. So you can stick things on, paint, write on or oil it. Wood is a natural material: shade and grain vary, and small knots may appear. That makes every piece unique. The cutouts are made in our own production in Pößneck, Thuringia, and are neatly finished.

How to use the wooden triangles
- Before the children's party: you thread painted triangles into bunting. The room is decorated before the guests ring the bell.
- When wrapping presents: a triangle with a name on it as a tag on the ribbon. Your parcel shows who it's from, with very little effort.
- At the craft table: wooden triangles for making cards, mobiles or window decorations. The small sizes from 2 cm are ideal for delicate work.
- In a café or at a market stall: you write on the triangles and use them as labels for jars, baskets or prices. Your counter looks uniform and tidy.
- At a celebration or party: triangles as place cards. Every guest finds their seat straight away.
Good to know about the triangle
Most people know the triangular shape from pennants. Bunting has been a classic decoration at birthdays and garden parties for generations. Thanks to the three holes, you can hang these triangles the same way, just made of wood. They last longer than paper and can be used again and again.
Care & durability
There isn't much you need to do. Although the wood is untreated, it lasts a long time if stored dry. Avoid constant moisture. If you want to use the triangles outdoors, a coat of paint or oil protects the surface.

Frequently asked questions
Can I paint the triangles or stick things on them? Yes. The wood is untreated, so you can stick things on, paint, oil or write on it. Paints and pens adhere well to the natural surface.
What are the three holes for? Each corner has a small hole in the middle. Use them to thread the triangles onto string or ribbon, for example for bunting, tags or labels.
Do all triangles look exactly the same? The shape is identical, but wood is a natural material. Shade, grain and small knots vary, so every piece is unique.
Where do the triangles come from? From our own production in Pößneck, Thuringia. They are laser-cut and neatly finished.
A plywood triangle is only the starting point. What matters is the moment your homemade bunting hangs above the table. The party looks like you, not like shop-bought decorations. Just choose your size and quantity and get started.
