The jet is made from 3 mm plywood and laser-cut in our own production in Pößneck, Thuringia. Laser cutting creates the typical brown edge. It frames the shape and makes the outline stand out. The wood is left natural – not varnished, not glazed. So you can glue things onto it, paint it or oil it. Wood is a natural material, so every piece turns out slightly different. Shades vary, each has its own grain, and some have small knots. That makes every jet one of a kind, not faulty.
