The little angel is laser-cut from 3 mm plywood. This gives it the typical brown edge, which traces the silhouette finely and gives the motif a clear outline. The edges are smooth. They feel pleasant in your hand and need no finishing. The wood is untreated, neither varnished nor stained. That's why paints, glues and oils adhere well. As a natural material, wood is never completely uniform. Differences in shade, fine textures and small knots are part of it and make every piece unique. The cutout is made in our own production in Pößneck, Thuringia.
