The owl is laser-cut from 3 mm plywood. It has the typical brown edge, which gives the silhouette depth all by itself. The edges are smooth and comfortable to hold, even for children. The top shows the contour scoring with face and feather details. The back is left natural. The wood is untreated, neither varnished nor stained. So you can paint, decorate or oil it freely. Every owl is made in our own production in Pößneck, Thuringia. As a natural material, wood varies in shade, has fine grain patterns and occasionally small knots. That's what makes every piece one of a kind.
