The autumn table is laid. A few leaves and conkers are ready. All that's missing is a motif that ties it all together. This wooden pheasant gives you a bird silhouette for your home. You can paint it, glue things on it or leave it natural, just as you like. It's made for your autumn decorations. Use it as table scatter between the plates or as a larger window decoration. You decide the size and the design.

What changes for you

  • You design the motif exactly the way you want. The plywood is untreated, so you can paint, decorate, varnish or oil it.
  • The clear pheasant silhouette with its typical brown laser edge brings an autumn or nature theme to your table or window. It takes very little effort.
  • You'll find the right size for every idea. Choose from 5 cm for small table scatter up to 50 cm for the wall, in 1 cm steps.
  • You can relax when crafting with children. The edges are laser-cut and smooth, so there's no sanding needed.
  • You can plan bigger projects without reordering. The cutout comes singly or in sets of 10, 25, 50 or 100.

Why this wooden pheasant makes a difference every day

A motif you've designed yourself says more than shop-bought decorations. It carries your own touch. The pheasant brings a natural feel to your table, window or hallway. It sits quietly alongside autumn, hunting and nature themes. And if you love crafting, this blank gives you a base for something new every time.

Material & finish

The pheasant is laser-cut from 3 mm plywood. That's where the smooth edges come from. The laser also leaves the typical brown edge, which gives the motif a warm-toned outline straight away. The wood is untreated, neither varnished nor glazed. It takes paint, glue and oil well. Wood is a natural material, so every piece turns out slightly different. The shade varies, each has its own grain, and some have small knots. That's what makes every cutout unique. It is made in Bütic's own production in Pößneck, Thuringia.

How to use the wooden pheasant

  • Crafting with children: everyone paints their own pheasant. In the end, a whole colourful flock sits on the windowsill.
  • On the autumn table: scatter small sizes between candles and leaves. Your table looks lovingly laid before the first guest sits down.
  • At the window or on the wall: hang up a larger silhouette. The room gets a calm nature motif that picks up on the season.
  • For hunting and nature lovers: on an invitation, gift or place card, the motif shows the theme at a glance.
  • In cafés, farm shops or at the weekly market: order several pheasants as a set and decorate your counter or shop window for the season. They're quick to set up and available in large quantities if needed.

Good to know about the pheasant

The pheasant originally comes from Asia. It was brought to Europe as a game bird centuries ago. Since then, it has been part of the imagery of hunting, fields and autumn. That's exactly why the silhouette suits autumn table decorations and hunting motifs. It's also ideal for anyone who wants to bring nature into the home.

Care & durability

There's not much you need to do. If needed, simply dust it with a dry cloth. The wood is untreated, so protect the pheasant from constant moisture. If it's going to hang outside for longer, seal it with paint, varnish or oil. That way the motif stays looking good for a long time.
