Why this wooden goods wagon makes a difference day to day
A ready-made shape takes care of the hardest part for you: the sawing. You can focus on the fun part – designing, painting, combining. And when several wagons hang side by side, it doesn't look like a craft evening. It looks like a little train rolling through the room.
Material & finish
The wagon is made of 3 mm thick plywood. It is light and easy to hold, even for small hands. Laser cutting gives smooth edges and the typical brown rim that traces the outline finely. The wood is a purely natural material. Some pieces are lighter, some darker. Small knots and differences in the grain are part of it. They make every piece one of a kind and are not a defect.

How to use the goods wagon
- Crafting with children: each child designs their own wagon. In the end, a colourful goods train hangs on the children's room wall, and everyone is proud of it.
- As a garland: thread several wagons in a row onto a string. Then a little train runs above the bed or across the window.
- As a gift idea: a painted wagon with a name for the railway fan in the family. A personal little present that lasts.
- At Christmas: when making Christmas decorations, decorate the wagon and glue things on. Afterwards it can sit on the windowsill or go on a gift wrap.
- At nursery, after-school club or a craft class: with sets of 10, 25, 50 or 100 you have enough blanks for every group. No cutting, no preparation.
- In the shop window or at a market stall: a row of wagons on the theme of travel, toys or nostalgia. Quick to set up and flexible in size.
Good to know about the goods train
The brown rim on the edges is no accident. It comes from the laser. The heat lightly colours the wood and traces the outline like a fine pen. So the silhouette looks finished even unpainted. You can hang it up straight away or use it as a calm contrast to colourfully decorated wagons.
Care & durability
There isn't much you need to do. As the wood is untreated, just keep the wagon dry and protect it from constant moisture. If you paint, oil or varnish it, the surface gets extra protection. Your design will then look good for a long time.

Frequently asked questions
Can I paint or decorate the wagon? Yes. The wood is natural and takes paint, glue, glaze or oil well. Ideal for decorating and painting.
Is the wood treated? No, the plywood is untreated, not varnished and not glazed. So you can design it exactly the way you want.
Why does the edge have a brown rim? The rim comes from laser cutting and is typical of this process. It brings out the outline and is not a fault.
Do all wagons look the same? The shape does, the wood not quite. As a natural material, it varies in shade. It may show small knots or slight irregularities in the grain. Every piece is one of a kind.
Can I combine several sizes? Yes. You can choose from 3 cm to 50 cm in 1 cm steps. So you can put together your goods train exactly as it suits your project.
It's more than a wooden cutout. It's the moment the finished goods train hangs on the wall. And a child shows every visitor which wagon they decorated themselves. Just choose your size and quantity – and the train is ready to go.
