Not sure which to choose? With a Bütic gift voucher you can never get it wrong. The hen party invitations have gone out and the garland is up. Only the birthday table is still missing the motif everyone recognises straight away. A wooden high heel cutout is made for exactly that. It's the silhouette of a classic heeled shoe. You can paint it, decorate it with stickers or paper, or leave it natural, just as you like. That gives your decorations a theme – without you having to pick up a saw yourself.
What changes for you
- You can design it freely to suit your taste. The wood is untreated and can be painted, glued or oiled.
- Your decorations always suit the occasion, from a small tag to a large shop window motif. You can choose a width from 5 to 50 cm in 1 cm steps.
- You won't need to sand or tidy anything up. The cutout is laser-cut and has smooth edges.
- Your motif looks lively even unpainted. The outlines of the shoe are scored into the top side.
- You can also kit out larger groups or whole craft afternoons. Order single pieces or sets of 10, 25, 50 or 100.
Why this wooden high heel makes a difference in everyday use
A ready-cut ladies' shoe motif takes care of the most time-consuming part of your preparation. Instead of drawing and sawing, you go straight to the fun part – decorating. On the party table, in the shop window or as a gift tag, the heeled shoe makes your theme clear at first glance. And because every piece is made of real wood, your decorations look natural rather than generic.
Material & finish
The high heel is laser-cut from 3 mm poplar plywood. That's where the typical brown edge comes from, which gives the motif a clear, fine line. The top side has the scored contour lines. The underside is left natural, so you can decorate either side as you need. The wood is untreated, neither varnished nor glazed. Paints, glues and oils therefore adhere well. Wood is a natural material and never completely uniform. Different shades, fine grain patterns and small knots are part of it and make every piece unique. The cutout is made in Bütic's own production in Pößneck, Thuringia.

How to use the wooden high heel
- At a hen party: a painted shoe at every place or as a tag on a gift – and the theme is visible from the very first moment.
- Crafting with children or with friends: everyone decorates their own shoe with paint, glitter or paper. At the end, everyone has a little keepsake to take home.
- On the birthday table: scatter a few shoes between candles and flowers, and the table has a consistent theme with little effort.
- In the shop window or in store: large cutouts up to 50 cm wide show your fashion or shoe theme clearly to passers-by. They're quick to hang up and quick to change.
- At themed parties around fashion and shoes: combine several sizes for decorations with depth – from small table scatter to large wall decorations.
Good to know about the high heel
The heeled shoe was already a status symbol at the court of Louis XIV, long before it became the classic ladies' shoe. To this day, hardly any other motif stands for fashion and elegance like its silhouette. That's exactly why it works so well as a recognisable symbol: for a hen party, a themed party or the window display in a shoe shop.
Care & durability
There's not much you need to do. Store the cutout somewhere dry and keep it away from prolonged moisture, as the wood is untreated. If you paint or oil the motif, you give the surface extra protection. That way your decorations stay looking good for a long time.

Frequently asked questions
Can I paint the high heel or stick things on it? Yes. The wood is untreated, neither varnished nor glazed. Paints, glues and oils adhere well to the surface.
Why does the cutout have a brown edge? The shoe is laser-cut, which creates the typical brown edge. It's part of the process and gives the motif a clear outline.
Are both sides the same? No. The top side shows the scored outlines of the shoe. The underside is left natural.
Does every piece look the same? The shape is identical, the wood isn't. As a natural material, it shows different shades, fine textures and occasionally small knots. Every piece is one of a kind.
What counts is the moment your guests see the table. They smile straight away, because everything suits the occasion. Simply choose your width and quantity – and get started on your idea.
