Wooden hedgehog V2 – craft hedgehog, 5–50 cm, poplar plywood

Autumn is arriving. There are leaves on the table and conkers in the bowl. Only the windowsill is still missing the right motif. This wooden hedgehog is made for exactly that. It is a finely laser-cut hedgehog silhouette in 3 mm poplar plywood. You can paint it, stick things on it or simply display it in its natural state. That way, a plain cutout becomes your very own autumn decoration.

Material & finish

The hedgehog is laser-cut from 3 mm poplar plywood in our own production in Pößneck, Thuringia. The wood is untreated, with no varnish or glaze. You decide whether it stays natural or gets painted, oiled or decorated. The top shows the engraved outline with face and spine pattern. The underside stays natural. Wood is a purely natural material, so every cutout turns out a little different. Some are lighter, some darker. The grain varies slightly, and there may be small knots. This is not a flaw. It makes every piece unique.
