The silhouette is made of 3 mm plywood and laser-cut in our own production in Pößneck, Thuringia. The laser leaves the typical brown edge. It frames the motif subtly and is part of what a laser cutout looks like. The surface is untreated, neither varnished nor glazed. So you can paint, decorate or oil it, just as your project requires. Wood is a purely natural material. Differences in shade, fine grain patterns and small knots are normal. That is what makes every piece one of a kind.

Can I paint or decorate the candle? Yes. The plywood is untreated and takes paint, glue and oil well. It's ideal for decorating however you like.

Is this a real candle? No. It's a decorative silhouette made of 3 mm plywood in the shape of a burning candle. It isn't lit, so it keeps its look for good.
