Why this wooden four-leaf clover makes a difference every day
A lucky charm means the most when you can tell someone has held it in their hands. With the wooden four-leaf clover, you can put a small, personal gesture on the table for New Year's Eve, a new job or an exam, instead of reaching for mass-produced plastic. The warm natural material blends calmly into any decor – leaving your mind free for what you'd like to make of it.
Material & finish
The shamrock is laser-cut from 3 mm plywood. That gives it smooth edges and the typical brown rim that makes each piece look a little different. The wood is untreated, with no varnish or glaze. So you can paint it, decorate it with stickers or oil it just as you like. Every shamrock is made in our own production in Pößneck, Thuringia. Wood is a purely natural material. Its shade, grain and small knots always vary a little. That is exactly what makes each piece one of a kind.

- Crafting with children: each child paints their own clover – and takes home a lucky charm they designed themselves.
- As a gift tag: write a name on it and tie it to the ribbon, and a simple parcel becomes a personal good-luck wish.
- In bakeries, cafés or at market stalls: the clovers decorate counters and displays at New Year – quick to place, with no big set-up.
- For clubs, schools and companies: with sets of up to 100 pieces, you can kit out a raffle, New Year reception or customer gifts in one go.
Good to know about the four-leaf clover
The four-leaf clover has been a symbol of luck for centuries – mainly because it's so rare in nature that finding one was seen as a special stroke of luck. That's why it's still firmly part of New Year's Eve and New Year today, but it's just as fitting for exams, moving house, passing a driving test or a first day at work – wherever you'd like to wish someone luck.
Care & durability
There's not much to do: simply keep the untreated clover dry and avoid prolonged moisture – that way the wood stays stable and looks good for a long time. If you paint or oil it, you decide the colour and finish yourself.

Frequently asked questions
Is the wood treated? No, the plywood is untreated – neither varnished nor glazed. You can paint, decorate, stain or oil it directly.
Where does the brown edge come from? The clover is laser-cut. This creates the typical brown edge that emphasises the silhouette – a feature of the process, not a defect.
Do all the clovers look the same? The shape is identical, the wood isn't: as a natural material, it shows varying brightness, textures and occasionally small knots. That's exactly what makes every piece unique.
Can I combine different sizes? Yes, the height can be chosen from 3 cm to 50 cm in 1 cm steps – so you can put together, for example, a tiered decoration in several sizes.
In the end, it's not about a wooden cutout. It's about the moment someone picks up your clover and knows: someone was thinking of me. Simply choose your size and quantity – and send a little luck on its way.
