The wooden circles are made of 3 mm plywood. They are laser-cut in our own production in Pößneck, Thuringia. That is why they have the typical brown edges, which contrast with the light surface. The wood is untreated, neither varnished nor glazed. Paints, glues and oils stick directly, with no preparation needed. Wood is a natural material and is never completely even. Different shades, fine textures in the grain and small knots are part of it. They make every piece unique and are not a flaw.
