You choose the outer and inner diameter yourself – and get a laser-cut plywood ring that fits your craft idea perfectly, instead of having to adapt your idea to ready-made sizes.
Anyone who does crafts knows the hunt for the right blank: either the outer diameter is wrong, or the hole in the middle is too big or too small. With a wooden disc with a centre hole made to your measurements, there's no more making do and improvising – you plan your project, order the right ring and can get creative straight away. Each disc is made from 3 mm plywood and laser-cut. This gives it smooth edges with the typical brown laser edge, which clearly marks the cut edges of your craft projects. The wood is left natural. It is neither varnished nor glazed, so it takes paint, glue and oil well. Wood is a purely natural material, so every disc turns out a little different. Some are lighter, some darker, each with its own grain and occasionally small knots. This makes every piece unique. It is not a defect.
Plywood is made of several thin layers of wood glued together crosswise. This makes it more dimensionally stable than a single solid wood board of the same thickness, and it warps far less.
