The lion is laser-cut from 3 mm plywood. It is made in our own production in Pößneck, Thuringia. The laser cut gives clean outlines and smooth edges. This helps paint adhere well, and you decide on the finish yourself. Wood is a natural material and never completely uniform. Variations in shade, fine grain and small knots are part of it. They make every piece unique.
