Not sure which to choose? With a Bütic gift voucher you can never get it wrong. The first rays of sunshine, the table is laid – and the window is still bare. A wooden Easter bunny with egg brings that spring moment into your home. It's a classic motif to paint and decorate, made for your Easter decorations. Small as table scatter or large for the shop window – you decide how much spring you want.
What changes for you
- You decorate for Easter exactly the way you like. The wood is untreated, so you can stick things on it, paint it, varnish it or oil it.
- You'll find the right size for every idea, from a little table scatter bunny to a large shop window motif. You can choose any width from 5 to 50 cm in 1 cm steps.
- Your craft afternoon with children is more relaxed. The laser-cut edges are smooth, and the motif is ready to use straight out of the packet.
- You can see the face and details even before you pick up a brush. The contour lines scored on the top already outline the bunny and its Easter egg.
- You can plan larger projects without reordering. Buy them singly or in sets of 10, 25, 50 or 100.
Why this wooden Easter bunny makes a difference every day
Ready-made decorations often look the same everywhere. A motif you design yourself tells your own story instead. Brightly painted by little hands or left natural in the plain wood tone – it's up to you. In the window, on the Easter table or at the shop counter, you get a consistent look that feels made, not bought.
Material & finish
The bunny is laser-cut from 3 mm poplar plywood. This gives it the typical brown edge that outlines the motif finely. The edges are smooth and the finish is clean. It feels pleasant in the hand, for children too. The face and lines are scored onto the top, and the underside is left natural. The wood is untreated, not varnished or glazed. That's why paint and glue stick reliably. Every piece is made in our own production in Pößneck, Thuringia. Wood is a purely natural material, so every surface turns out a little different. Varying shades, small knots and slight irregularities in the grain are part of it. That's exactly what makes every piece one of a kind.

How to use the Easter bunny
- Crafting with children: Every child paints their own bunny – and in the end a whole colourful bunny family hangs in the window.
- On the Easter table: A little bunny at every place, perhaps with a name written on it – and your guests find their seats with a smile.
- As a window decoration or on the door wreath: The classic spring motif greets everyone who passes by – with very little decorating effort.
- In bakeries, cafés or at market stalls: Large sizes up to 50 cm fill shop windows and counters with a clearly visible Easter motif in good time before Easter. With sets of 25, 50 or 100, you can decorate several branches in the same style.
- For nurseries, schools or club bazaars: The sets provide enough blanks for the whole group – one project, one order, done.
Facts about the Easter Bunny
The Easter bunny as the bringer of eggs has been documented in German-speaking countries since the 17th century. Today it's one of the best-known Easter symbols of all. That's exactly why the motif works so reliably. In the window, on the table or in a display, everyone recognises it straight away and links it with spring and anticipation.
Care & durability
There isn't much you need to do. Keep the untreated wood dry and simply wipe off dust with a soft cloth. Avoid constant moisture. If you want to display the bunny outdoors, paint or oil it first. That way your decoration will stay looking good for many Easters.

Frequently asked questions
Can I paint the Easter bunny? Yes. The wood is untreated, neither varnished nor glazed. You can paint it, varnish it, oil it and stick things on it.

Is the bunny suitable for crafting with children? Yes. The laser-cut edges are smooth and the motif is ready to use straight away – ideal for craft afternoons together.
Why does every piece look a little different? Wood is a natural material with varying shades, fine grain and occasionally small knots. This isn't a defect. It makes every bunny one of a kind.
