Material & finish

The panda bear is laser-cut in our own production in Pößneck from 3 mm poplar plywood. This is also where the typical brown edge comes from. It gives the motif a fine outline effect. The top side has the scored outline with the face and details. The underside is left natural. The wood is untreated, neither varnished nor stained. So you can paint, stick on, coat or oil it directly. As a purely natural material, each piece varies in shade. It may show fine grain or small knots. That makes every panda unique and is not a flaw.
