Not sure which to choose? With a Bütic gift voucher you can never get it wrong.Your guests are about to arrive and the table is laid. But a small detail is still missing between the plates and candles. With this wooden mushroom decoration, you can scatter a touch of nature across your table in a few moments. These are small wooden mushrooms, light on the surface with brown edges. They suit your autumn table perfectly. Wedding, birthday or a cosy evening: the table scatter turns a laid table into a lovingly decorated one.
What changes for you
- Your table looks more inviting without much decorating. Scattering a few mushrooms is enough. The warm look of the wood does the rest.
- You make every decoration in your own size. You can choose the mushrooms from 1 to 10 cm in 1 cm steps. That covers everything from tiny scatter pieces to large single pieces.
- You can get creative straight away. The wood is untreated. You can stick things on it, paint it, coat it or oil it, just as you like.
- You get clean, even shapes. Laser cutting gives clear outlines and the typical brown edges.
- You are holding a natural product. Every piece has its own grain, and no two are alike.
Why this mushroom table scatter makes a difference
A wooden mushroom lies flat and light on the table. Shop-bought glitter decorations often look bright and loud. The light wood is quieter and fits in with almost any table setting. That goes for a festive buffet as well as a simple snack. And because you choose the size yourself, the decoration fits your occasion, not the other way round.
Material & finish
The mushrooms are laser-cut from 3 mm plywood. This gives them their smooth, light surface and the characteristic brown edges that outline each shape. The wood is untreated, neither varnished nor glazed. So the mushrooms take paint, glue and oil well if you want to paint or work on them. Wood is a purely natural material. Small differences in shade and grain as well as tiny knots are not flaws. They make every piece unique. The mushrooms are made in our own production in Pößneck, Thuringia.

- For an autumn meal: Spread a few small mushrooms between napkins and lanterns. Your table instantly gets a seasonal setting.
- For a wedding or engagement: Scatter mushrooms in different sizes across the tables. Your guests will spot thoughtful details as soon as they sit down.
- For a crafting afternoon: The children can paint the mushrooms and stick things on them. Because the wood is untreated, every paint holds. And every result is one of a kind.
- For gifts and cards: Stick on a small mushroom. A simple greetings card becomes a personal message for a birthday or Valentine's Day.
- In a café or at the market: Use them as table scatter on the counter or sales table. With little effort, you create a natural, inviting display.
Good to know about the mushroom
In German-speaking countries, the mushroom has long been a symbol of luck. A very lucky person is even called a “Glückspilz”, a "lucky mushroom". That is why the motif suits not only autumn decorations. It also fits New Year's Eve, birthdays and any time you want to wish someone luck.
Care & durability
There is not much you need to do. Store the mushrooms in a dry place and keep them away from constant moisture. Because the wood is untreated, this keeps them looking good for a long time. If you want to protect the surface further, simply oil or paint it.

Frequently asked questions
Can I paint the mushrooms or stick things on them? Yes. The wood is untreated, neither varnished nor glazed. Paints, varnishes, oils and glues adhere well.
Why don't all the mushrooms look exactly the same? Wood is a natural material. Differences in shade, grain and small knots are normal. They make every piece unique.
Where do the brown edges come from? The mushrooms are laser-cut. This creates the typical dark edges that give the shapes their clear outline.
How thick are the mushrooms? The material is 3 mm thick. You choose the total height between 1 and 10 cm.
Plywood and centimetres are just the facts. What counts is the moment your guests come to the table and notice that someone has put thought into it. Just choose your size. You do the scattering.
