Good to know about the laser-cut police car

During laser cutting, the cut edge of the wood burns very slightly. This creates the characteristic brown edge. It frames the silhouette like a drawn line. So the shape already looks finished, even unpainted. If you like, use the contrast on purpose and simply leave the edge unpainted.

Care & durability

There's not much you need to do. Keep the untreated wood dry and away from constant moisture. That way it keeps its shape and looks good for a long time. If you paint or oil it, you protect the surface further and the wood grain shows more clearly.
