The wood comes in its natural state, neither varnished nor glazed. Paints, glues and oils adhere well, and you decide on the surface yourself. Wood is a natural material and never completely uniform. Differences in shade, fine structures in the grain and small knots are normal. They make each piece unique and are not a defect.
