The holly leaf is made of 3 mm poplar plywood. It is laser-cut in our own production in Pößneck. This gives precise outlines with the typical brown edge. The edge makes the shape look finished, so often you hardly need to decorate it. The wood is untreated, not varnished or glazed. It takes paint, glue and oil well. Wood is a natural material, so every leaf varies a little in shade and grain. Small knots may occur. This makes every piece one of a kind.

How to use the holly leaf
