Not sure which to choose? With a Bütic gift voucher you can never get it wrong. An afternoon at the craft table: the paints are ready, and so are the ideas. All that's missing is the right blank. This wooden triskele gives you a symbol you can paint, oil or stick things onto, just as you like. It's made for your next craft project. Small as a pendant motif or large as wall decoration: you choose the width from 5 to 50 cm yourself.
What changes for you
- You make the symbol in exactly the size you want. The triskele can be ordered in 1 cm steps from 5 to 50 cm wide.
- You can start painting, decorating or oiling straight away. The wood is untreated and takes paint and glue well.
- You get clean, even outlines with no finishing work. That's down to the smooth laser-cut edges.
- No more tedious sawing by hand. The intricate shape arrives ready cut.
- You'll have enough material for larger projects, classes or groups. Available singly or in sets of 10, 25, 50 or 100.
Why this wooden triskele makes a difference day to day
A ready-cut symbol makes a craft afternoon far more relaxed. Instead of struggling with a saw and template, you go straight to the creative part. The natural material feels quite different from plastic blanks. It sits nicely in the hand. The surface has a good grip, and the wood has a little weight to it. That's how a simple cutout becomes a piece of decoration that really looks like you.
Material & finish
The triskele is laser-cut from 3 mm poplar plywood. It has the brown edge typical of this method. The edge frames the motif and gives it a clear outline. The wood is untreated, neither varnished nor glazed. So you can paint, oil or decorate it as you wish. Wood is a purely natural material. Every triskele differs in shade, has its own grain and may have small knots. This is not a flaw. It's exactly what makes each piece one of a kind. Every cutout is made in our own production in Pößneck, Thuringia.

How to use the triskele
- Crafting with children: each child paints their own small triskele. At the end, they proudly take home a symbol they designed themselves.
- As wall decoration: hang a large triskele, oiled or painted, above the chest of drawers. Your hallway gets a calm, clearly visible focal point.
- For money gifts or cards: stick on a small motif. A plain envelope becomes a lovingly decorated little gift.
- In classes, workshops or at the weekly market: the sets from 10 pieces give you enough identical blanks. There's no cutting to do, and the quality is reliably consistent.
- As a series of small gifts: combine several sizes. Arrange them as a decorative row on a windowsill or shelf, or for the festivals of the year.
Good to know about the triskele
The triskele is one of the oldest symbols in Europe. It is best known from Celtic culture. Its three linked spirals are often associated with triads such as becoming, being and passing away. That's why the motif works so well for personal gifts, jewellery projects and decoration with meaning. Think of an altar space or a Celtic-style festive table.
Care & durability
There's not much you need to do. Keep the untreated triskele dry and protect it from prolonged moisture. The wood will then keep its shape and look good for a long time. Painting or oiling the surface makes it more resistant too. It depends on how you want to use it.

Frequently asked questions
Can I paint the triskele or stick things onto it? Yes. The wood is untreated – neither varnished nor glazed. You can paint, stain with oil, decorate it or glue things onto it.
Why is the edge brown? The triskele is laser-cut. The brown edge is typical of this cutting method. It also gives you smooth, clean edges.
Do all cutouts look the same? The shape is identical, the wood is not. As a natural material, it varies in shade. It may show small knots or irregularities in the grain. Each piece is one of a kind.
How tall is the triskele at my chosen width? As a guide: at a width of 10 cm, the height is 9.5 cm. At other widths, the height changes in proportion.
A plain blank becomes your very own symbol. You paint it, give it away or hang it on the wall. Just choose your width and get started.
