What changes for you
- You can get started straight away, with no sawing or sanding. The wagon wheel arrives fully laser-cut with smooth edges.
- Your decoration fits your project exactly. You choose the width from 5 to 50 cm in 1 cm steps. Use it as a small piece of table scatter or as a large motif on a door sign.
- You can decorate it just the way you like. The untreated wood takes paint, glue and oil with ease.
- Planning larger projects is easy. You can order the wheel singly or in sets of 10, 25, 50 or 100. This is ideal for crafting with kids in groups or classes.
- Your motif is clearly defined from the start. The typical brown laser edge outlines the spokes clearly and cleanly.
Why this wooden wagon wheel makes a difference every day
A ready-cut motif takes care of the most tedious part of crafting. You go straight to the fun part: decorating. With its spokes, the wagon wheel shows a country motif at first glance. You don't need to arrange much around it. Add it to a wreath, a sign or a gift wrap, and you have a piece of country life designed just the way you like.
Material & finish
The wagon wheel is made from 3 mm plywood. It is laser-cut in our own production in Pößneck, Thuringia. It is cleanly finished with smooth edges, so it is easy for children's hands too. The surface is untreated, neither varnished nor glazed. So you can do anything with it: paint, colour, oil or glue. Wood is a natural material. Different shades, fine grain patterns and small knots are part of it. They make each piece one of a kind, not faulty.

- In model making: choose the right size in 1 cm steps. Your farm or Western diorama gets details made to measure.
- On gifts and cards: glue on a small wheel. A plain parcel becomes a lovingly decorated one-off.
- In a farm shop, café or at a market stall: use several wheels as counter decoration or on price tags. Your display tells of country life without a long set-up.
Good to know about the wagon wheel
Wagon wheels used to be made by hand by the wheelwright. This was a trade of its own, fitting the wheel spoke by spoke. That is why the spoked wheel still stands for country life and craft tradition like few other motifs. It fits farm themes, Western decor and rustic country-style designs.
Care & durability
There is not much you need to do. Keep the untreated wood dry, and it will keep its shape and look good for a long time. If you want to protect the surface or add colour, simply paint, oil or varnish it. Do whatever suits your project.

Frequently asked questions
Can I paint the wagon wheel or glue things onto it? Yes. The wood is untreated. You can paint, colour, oil or glue it – whatever your idea.
How big is the wheel at a given width? Width and height are the same. For example, if you choose a width of 10 cm, the wheel is also 10 cm high.
Why does the wheel have a brown edge? The cutout is laser-cut. This creates the typical brown edge. It is part of the cut and gives clearly defined outlines.
Do all wheels look the same? The shape is identical, the wood is not. As a natural material, it shows different shades, fine textures and sometimes small knots. Each piece is one of a kind.
A wooden cutout is only the start. What counts is the moment your idea becomes finished decoration. You look at the wreath, the door sign or the craft table and see: I made that. Just choose your size and quantity and get started.
