Material & finish

The angel is made of 3 mm plywood and is laser-cut. That's why it has the typical brown edge, which gives the silhouette a fine outline. The edges are smooth and the finish is clean, so paint and glue adhere well. The wood is untreated, neither varnished nor glazed. It's a pure natural material and can be lighter or darker. Small knots or irregularities in the grain are normal. This makes every piece unique – no two angels are the same.

How to use the Christmas angel

Can I paint or decorate the Christmas angel? Yes. The wood is untreated and natural. You can paint it, oil it, stick things on it or decorate it however you like.

Why does the angel have a brown edge? The cutout is laser-cut. This creates the typical brown edge that finely frames the silhouette. At the same time, the edges are smooth and clean.
