Oval plant labels, black – acrylic, laser-engraved

It's spring, you're standing in front of your herb bed, and you wonder where the chives are and where the parsley is. Freshly planted, many herbs look almost identical. With these oval plant labels made of black PLEXIGLAS^®, every plant has its name right where it grows, just as if they were made for your bed. You push them into the soil once, and your garden instantly looks tidier and lovingly cared for.

What changes for you

• You can spot every plant at a glance. The light grey laser engraving is easy to read on the black acrylic.
• You don't have to collect the labels in autumn. They are weatherproof and frost-proof, so they can stay outside all year.
• Your bed still looks well kept years later. The engraving doesn't fade, because the material is UV-stable.
• No rusty stakes or discolouration in the soil. Acrylic doesn't rust and keeps its colour.
• You can also have rare varieties or your own names engraved. Just choose the variant “Pflanzen Wunschname” (custom name).

Why these plant labels make a difference every day

A labelled bed takes the guesswork out of gardening. When you cook, you reach straight for the right herb. And when guests walk round the garden with you, they see what grows where. The plain black with light lettering sits quietly among the green. It doesn't push itself to the front. Your bed looks orderly without looking stiff.

Material & finish

The plant labels are made of acrylic (PLEXIGLAS^®). This material withstands rain, frost and sun for years without rusting or discolouring. The plant names are laser-engraved. Due to the material, they appear light grey on the black surface. The lettering sits firmly in the material and can't peel off like printed labels. Every label is made in our own production at Bütic in Pößneck, with clean laser engraving on branded acrylic.

How to use the plant labels

• In the herb bed: Each variety gets its own name label. When you cook, you reach for the right herb without hesitating.
• In the window box: The slim stakes mark what you've sown. So you know what should grow there even before the first green appears.
• In planters and tubs: A discreet label turns the collection on your patio into a small, well-kept display.
• In the farm shop or at the weekly market: Labelled herb pots look neat and sorted. Your customers find what they're looking for themselves, and you get fewer questions.
• As a gift: A label with a custom name turns a simple herb pot into a personal gift.

Good to know about plant labels

Unlike many plastics, acrylic doesn't turn yellow in the sun. That's why it has been used for decades wherever material is exposed to the weather for long periods. This is exactly what makes it so useful in the bed. The labels stay readable for many gardening years, season after season.

Care & durability

There's not much to do. Simply wipe off soil or rain marks with a damp cloth. The material neither rusts nor fades, so you can leave the labels outdoors permanently – even over winter.

Options & what's included
