Clear PLEXIGLAS^® herb signs – wood-board look

You're standing at the balcony box, picking a few leaves for the kitchen. And once again you wonder: was that the marjoram or the oregano? With this PLEXIGLAS^® herb plant sign in a wood-board look, every herb gets its own sign right in the bed. The sign stays readable for good. It's made for your herb garden. So when you cook, you reach for the right greens without hesitating, whatever the weather.

What changes for you

• You recognise every herb at a glance. The engraved plant name is part of the material and doesn't smudge.
• Your bed stays neatly labelled, even after years. The acrylic glass is weatherproof and frost-proof. It doesn't rust or discolour.
• You don't need to collect the signs in autumn. The engraving is UV-stable and doesn't fade outdoors.
• Your herb bed looks tidy. The transparent wood-board look blends in quietly between the plants instead of overpowering them.
• You can label rare varieties too. Choose the custom herb name option for your own text or a blank sign.

Why this herb plant sign makes a difference every day

A labelled bed takes away a small but daily uncertainty. You harvest with purpose instead of guessing. Your herb garden also gets a calm sense of order. Each plant marker stands in its place. Guests and children find their way around the plants just as easily as you do. A jumble of green leaves becomes a clear, lovingly tended corner of your home.

Material & finish

The plant signs are made of transparent acrylic glass (PLEXIGLAS^®) in an elegant wood-board look. The material is weatherproof and frost-proof. It doesn't rust or discolour, so your bed stays well kept for good. Due to the material, the plant names are engraved in light grey. This keeps them clearly readable even after a long time outdoors. The signs are made by precise laser engraving on branded acrylic in Bütic's own production in Pößneck.

Good to know about herb markers

Even in old monastery and cottage gardens, medicinal and culinary herbs were carefully labelled so nobody mixed up the plants. With similar-looking leaves, this was an important custom. You carry on this tradition with engraved plant markers. They're clear and reliable, and they also make a nice decorative element in the bed.

Care & durability

There isn't much you need to do. The signs are weatherproof, frost-proof and UV-stable. They can stay outside all year without rust, discolouration or faded lettering. So your herb garden looks well kept season after season, with no extra effort.
