Material & finish

Each square is made from cast branded acrylic glass (GS) and cut by laser. This gives clean edges and consistent finishing quality. Once you peel off the protective film, the glossy dark green surface appears. With a translucency of 7 %, it lets only a little light through and looks strong and opaque. At approx. 3 mm thick, the sheet is sturdy enough for coasters, display stands and model making. Every piece is made in Bütic's own production in Pößneck, Thuringia.

How to use the square
