PLEXIGLAS^® is the brand name of the acrylic glass developed by the chemist Otto Röhm in Germany in the 1930s – and to this day the name stands for consistent material quality. Care & durability

There's not much you need to do: only peel off the protective film when you put the disc to use – that way the glossy surface stays scratch-free until then. After that, a soft, damp cloth is all it takes; it's best to avoid abrasive cleaners so the shine lasts. As the material is weatherproof and frost-resistant, you can use the disc again and again – indoors and out.

Can I use the disc outdoors? Yes. The acrylic glass is weatherproof, frost-resistant and UV-stable – it's suitable for long-term use indoors and outdoors.

How much light does the yellow disc let through? The translucency is 15% – so the disc lets some light through, which makes it ideal, for example, as a coloured light filter in front of lamps.

Will the disc arrive free of scratches? Yes. Every disc comes with a protective film, which you only peel off when you use it.

Are the width and height the same? Yes. As it's a circle, the height matches the diameter you choose – so a width of 10 cm means a height of 10 cm too.
